A kitten rescued from beneath a house has grown into an adventurous little cat who follows people wherever they go.

A few months ago, a resident heard faint cries coming from beneath her house—and to her surprise, she discovered a tiny kitten, all alone.
When there was no sign of a mother cat returning, she brought the kitten inside and tried to bottle-feed her. But the little one was too weak to eat. That’s when Chatons Orphelins Montreal stepped in.
They carefully warmed her up and placed her with an experienced foster who could give her the constant care and attention she urgently needed.

Once her body temperature stabilized, the kitten—now named Kicklee—began to perk up and regain her appetite. Her foster mom took her everywhere in a soft, cozy carrier to keep up with her frequent feedings.
It didn’t take long for Kicklee to fall in love with being on the go. After each meal, she demanded cuddles and belly rubs, soaking up every moment of warmth and affection.

As Kicklee grew stronger, her need for affection only intensified. She began burrowing under her foster mom’s shirt, curling up close and falling asleep to the sound of her heartbeat.
Her curiosity bloomed alongside her confidence—every new sight sparked her interest, and her adventurous side started to shine. She didn’t just enjoy company—she needed to be wherever her people were.

Once Kicklee made the switch to solid food, she took off—both in size and spirit. Her energy skyrocketed, and she quickly became her foster mom’s little shadow.
She started tagging along on everything from picnics and grocery runs to office visits. At work, she’d perch on the back of a chair like a tiny supervisor, her eyes scanning the room. Other times, she’d sprawl across a desk, mesmerized by the clatter of keyboards, soaking in the rhythm of busy human life.

“She’s a little adventurer who’s always up for a ride—whether it’s a car trip or a bike ride to the park.”
Full of personality and just the right amount of sass, Kicklee has mastered the art of getting exactly what she wants. Her days are a perfect mix of zoomies and cuddle sessions, always keeping her people wrapped around her tiny paw.

She even joins her foster mom on walks around town, occasionally stopping for a well-earned ice cream break. Perched atop her carrier, she watches the world roll by like a little queen surveying her kingdom.
To Kicklee, everything is a toy—paper towels, socks, even unsuspecting toes. One moment she’s pouncing like a fierce lion cub, the next she’s melting into your arms for a cuddle.

Wave a feather wand, and she’ll come flying across the room like a tiny huntress on a mission.
And like any true diva, she’s got her own rules for affection. “She decides when it’s cuddle time and when it’s not. You can’t rush her—but when she’s in the mood, she’ll climb right into your lap and melt like butter.”

Kicklee has become a nonstop source of joy and entertainment. She zooms around the apartment with a toy in her mouth or wrestles the feather duster like it’s her sworn enemy. But once she’s tired herself out, she transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug.
“She’ll curl up on us and purr like a tiny tractor. And if she wants attention, she’ll give our hand the sweetest little head-bump.”

From a tiny, lonely kitten to a stunning young cat bursting with personality, Kicklee has truly come a long way. Now, at nearly five months old, she’s got the heart of an adventurer and the soul of a devoted companion.
